Located in Orlando, Florida, this model residence was designed to help reposition the community as it underwent a full renovation, with the goal of attracting a younger and more design-conscious renter. The client sought to create a space that felt contemporary, inviting, and reflective of the lifestyle the updated community aims to offer.
The design approach centers on a calm neutral palette layered with warm textures and subtle accents. Soft rugs, sculptural objects, pillows, and floral arrangements introduce moments of color and personality while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic. Thoughtful styling and carefully curated details allow the space to feel lived-in and authentic, helping potential residents imagine themselves at home rather than walking through a staged model unit.
