Designed for a young couple transitioning from a compact townhome into a two-story family residence, this project embraces clean lines and a modern architectural language while prioritizing warmth and livability. Thoughtful materials and refined detailing create a calm, contemporary environment tailored for a growing family and their two young children.

The design balances sophistication with everyday functionality. An open first floor encourages gathering and connection, allowing the kitchen, dining, and living areas to flow seamlessly—creating a welcoming space for entertaining while maintaining a sense of order and clarity. Natural materials play a central role throughout the home, with walnut millwork, natural stone surfaces, and soft neutral finishes establishing a timeless palette.

Custom elements and carefully integrated lighting highlight craftsmanship and materiality, from sculptural stone installations to tailored millwork that defines key spaces such as the library and study. Each room was designed to feel intentional yet effortless, combining modern elegance with a sense of comfort and durability suitable for family life.
