About Elieser Duran

​

Born in Cuba and raised between cultures, Elieser Duran developed an early appreciation for creativity, craftsmanship, and the relationship between aesthetics and everyday life. After immigrating to the United States at the age of 15, he carried with him a deep cultural perspective that continues to shape his work today.

​

Influenced by his mother’s background in fashion, he developed a natural sensitivity to texture, proportion, and detail—elements that remain central to his design approach.

​

With over a decade of experience in interior architecture and design, Elieser has collaborated with internationally recognized firms including Meyer Davis Studio, CUBE3, Stantec, and Kobi Karp Architecture. His work spans luxury residential, hospitality, and mixed-use developments, with projects across New York, Los Angeles, Miami, and Palm Beach, including collaborations associated with brands such as Marriott, Four Seasons, and Ritz-Carlton.

His work is defined by a balance of refinement and livability—creating spaces that feel elevated, intentional, and deeply personal.

The Studio​

Studio Duran is conceived as more than a traditional design practice—it is a space where ideas come together and take form.

​

Working at the intersection of interior architecture, custom furniture, and material exploration, the studio approaches each project as a fully integrated process. From spatial planning to bespoke pieces and hands-on detailing, every element is considered as part of a cohesive whole.

This multidisciplinary approach allows the studio to move fluidly between concept and execution—bridging design and making, and creating environments that feel both thoughtful and complete.

At its core, the studio reflects a belief that great design is not only seen, but experienced—where functionality, detail, and craftsmanship come together to shape how people live.
